Terms and Conditions

1. Membership

Membership in Tovu Sacco is open to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements as set forth in our by-laws. Members are required to maintain minimum monthly contributions and adhere to all Sacco policies and regulations.

2. Savings

Members are required to make regular savings contributions as specified in their membership agreement. Interest rates on savings are determined by the Board of Directors and may be subject to change.

3. Loans

Loan eligibility is based on a member's savings history, creditworthiness, and ability to repay. All loans are subject to approval and must be used for the stated purpose.

4. Privacy

Tovu Sacco respects member privacy and protects personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Member information is used only for legitimate business purposes.

5. Termination

Membership may be terminated voluntarily by the member or by the Sacco for non-compliance with terms and conditions. Upon termination, any outstanding obligations must be settled.
